We have a simple process which we undertake with anyone looking to work with us.

Initial Enquiry

We’ll have an informal, no obligation conversation on the phone.

We’ll cover your machine and product requirements, timescale and budget.

We’ll then set up a face-2-face meeting to discuss things in more detail.

Face-2-Face Meeting

At this meeting we’ll review our proposal, going through the costs in detail.

If appropriate, we’ll also do some coffee tasting.

Assuming everything is ok, and you’re happy to proceed, we’ll get the ball rolling

Onboarding

Depending on what we’re supplying, this stage will generally take 2-4 weeks.

We’ll sort the finance for your business, if appropriate. Once that’s sorted, we’ll order your machine(s) and arrange an installation date and time.

We’ll do staff training, and get you all set-up to start enjoying great coffee!
