Choosing a new supplier and coffee machine can feel daunting. Afterall, you’ve got to drink the result of your endeavours every day!
There’s then the waiting time before it’s installed the fitting… not to mention the dispruption and mess left behind by installers!
Here at the Bridge Coffee, we do things differently.

The Process…
Are you looking for a new coffee machine and supplier? Here’s what to expect from your journey with us…
Step 1: Get in Touch
The first step is to contact us and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll ask you a few questions such as how many staff you have, what type of drinks are you looking to provide, and roughly how many each day. What your budget is and what’s the timescale.
This information will allow us to create a quote. We’ll also give you a ball-park figure.
Step 2: Your Appointment
If you’re happy with the ball-park figure that we give you during Step 1, then you can book an appointment for us to come to your office.
At this appointment, we’ll discuss our quotation with you as well as checking that the coffee machine will fit where you want it to go.
We’ll leave your quotation with you, unless we have to revise it. This will allow you to review it at your convenience. There will be no pushy-sales-tactics – it will be our best value solution, based on what you’ve told us you want.
Step 3: Placing Your Order
If you’re happy with your quote, you can place your order.
If you’re purchasing your machine outright, we’ll require a deposit of 50% immediately, with the balance due 7 days before installation.
If you’re leasing a machine, we’ll go through the finance proposal and submit it to our finance partners. A decision usually take less than 24 hours. When it’s approved, you’ll receive the documentation to sign electronically. Once the finance company have received the completed paperwork, they’ll authorise us to order your machine.
We then order your coffee machine and wait for its arrival. In normal circumstances, this will take 3 – 5 days.
Once your machine has arrived, we will inspect it to ensure there is no damage. We’ll do the initial setting-up of the machine (calibrating the grinder, setting drink levels, etc.). This means we’ll spend less time in your offices.
Step 5: Installation
We’ll contact you once your machine has arrived to arrange an installation date.
On the day, our team will arrive on time, expertly fit your machine and treat you and your office with the utmost care.
We’ll let you and your team try the drinks, making the necessary alterations to meet the majority of peoples tastes.
We’ll show your key staff how to operate, clean and refill the machine.
Finally we’ll leave your office clean and tidy.
